2.2 To use LookMeBetter’s services, users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and covering any associated third-party fees, such as charges from their internet service provider or mobile data provider. Additionally, users must provide and maintain the necessary devices, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, to access and utilize the platform effectively. LookMeBetter operates with an in-house team and may collaborate with trusted third-party service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of completed photo books.

  1. PLATFORM TERMS:

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the Parties agree to submit the matter to mediation facilitated by an organization accredited under Italian law or a professional mediator mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

16.3 Arbitration:

If the dispute remains unresolved after sixty (60) days from the initial written notice (inclusive of negotiation and mediation), the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Arbitration Chamber of Milan (‘Camera Arbitrale di Milano’). in accordance with its rules and procedures.

  1. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, mutually agreed upon by the Parties or, if no agreement is reached, appointed by the Arbitration Chamber of Milan.
  2. The arbitration shall take place in the city of Milan and shall be conducted in English.
  3. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the Parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in Italy.
  4. The prevailing Party in the arbitration shall be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable attorney’s fees, arbitration costs, and other related expenses incurred during the proceedings.
  5. INDEMNIFICATION AND DEFENSE:

17.1 By using the LookMeBetter website and services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LookMeBetter, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and any third-party partners, including advertisers, service providers, licensors, and contractors (collectively, the “LookMeBetter Entities”), from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from or related to:
